Lactose Intolerance

Just have a quick question and cant really find an answer when I searched it on google. Im lactose intolerant, will I still be getting the same amount of nutrients from milk as someone who isnt?

After years of doing this, I would say there is a possibility of less nutrient absorption. I don’t think it is enough to hinder progress…but I can say I see a stark difference in the results seen over long periods of time between when I relied on lactose products (from milk to protein) and when I bought lactose free milk or avoided it.

I would say a beginner should base their decision on how much discomfort they see from this and if it is tolerable, just deal with it and grow. When it comes time to rely fine tune your physique or when you can afford it, move away from it.
