Lab Results, Input Requested

I got my 6 months labs back. Ive been on 250/wk of Test for a year now. I’ve been on 300mg/wk of deca for 6wks now. I do sunday afternoon and Wednesday night. I had the blood work done Wed morning.
Total T 1242ng/dl
Free T 354.7pg.ml
SHBG 26.4nmol/l
DHEA 31mcg/dl
Prolactin 12.9ng/ml
Estradiol 86pg/ml

I feel great. Just want to get some other opinions on how they look, and if i should keep an eye on anything

You should keep am eye on all of your bio markers, mainly your lipids, metabolic panel, CBC, hemoglobin and hematocrit. On the topic of hematocrit, there’s a lot of controversy. There are multiple long-term studies showing 52% as being an acceptable limit.

I’ve had my hematocrit as high as 57% and no symptoms. I’ve seen members at 50% with symptoms.

Everyone is different.

There was a member on another forum who had prostate cancer, and was now on TRT as a result. It took him a while to figure out he can’t handle anything over 300 ng/dL!

His natural levels was <100 ng/dL.

Everyone is different.

So when you asked me to look at your numbers and tell you how they look, there’s so much more to it than that!

You may feel perfectly fine now, but that may not always be true. Time will tell.

Yep, but none of the stuff you had checked, unfortunately. How’s your blood pressure? Heart health? Overall health? Lipids good? Is CBC controlled? If you are overall healthy, then those hormone values are secondary.

This is NOT TRT, it’s PED use. It belongs in pharma.

Other than lab work yes. If you’re gonna keep over using Test and then continue non TRT use of Nandrolone I would get frequent work ups with a cardiologist (arteriosclerosis / myocardial hypertrophy). Labs don’t show everything. Also be completely open with yourself when and if you notice cognitive and mood side effects from Nandrolone use.

“Chronic treatment with ND has been associated with impact on both opioid concentrations and tachykinin levels in brain areas connected with the control of emotional behavior such as depression, aggression, and reward.Nov 11, 2020
