Lab Results: GP's Don't Care

I am 20 years old, over the past year and a half I have noticed a significant change in my overall well being, mainly in how much energy I have on a day to day basis. Symptoms that have come about in the last year are:

-Frequent urination
-Extreme Fatigue - No matter how much sleep I get, if I sit in one spot for more than 2 minutes I’m out for the count.
-Weakness - gym sessions are dull on the good days, atrocious overall.
-Buildup of small amounts of fat around my lower stomach, hips, and underneath my arms.
-Always feel cold AND my feet and hands are physically cold.
-I have a strange feeling as though I am becoming intellectually lazy, as though I can’t “Think hard” on anything anymore. **This one scares me

A little history about me: I have never had any serious health issues my entire life, however here are a few related facts about me that have always been there:
-Very little muscular structure, however very thin (The infamous “skinny-fat”)
-Very little to no body hair
-Very fine hair on head
-Small wrists/forearms
-Little to no leg strength
-Small case of gyno (mostly puffy nipples, no moobs and no lactating)

Anyway, I have been to a few different GP’s in the last 6 months, each one saying that I am totally OK however I know that I am not just imagining these things and have seriously begun to consider TRT after seeing my last few lab results. Although I do not have all of the copies at my disposal I can provide a brief break down.

-First lab test (6 months ago) : Slightly elevated cholesterol, Testosterone 380

-Third Lab Test (1 and a half months ago) : Slightly elevated cholesterol (LDL = 121) , MCH 26.5/MCHC 30.8 (Said they were low, not sure if relevant) Testosterone 381

-Fourth Lab (few weeks ago) only hormones: Testosterone=461, Free Test=14.8, T4 free (direct)=1.29 , FSH=2.3 , Estradiol Sensitive=3 (3-70), Prolactin=10.3, TSH=1.380, T3=3.4 , Total Estrogen=60

Obviously I didn’t know enough about what to test for so I understand the last lab is missing key hormones but you get the general idea.

After another horrible doctor appointment today, I really am at a stand still on what to do and am wondering if this is just how I am going to be or if I should continue to seek help for a hormone deficiency. I thank you in advance for any replies, and I apologize for the long post.

Estradiol Sensitive 3 out of 70? You don’t give any ranges for T, but I wish I had those numbers.

You didn’t say if you were male or female, but why would a doctor order a Estradiol sensitive test for a man, then ignore the results? Are you in one of the socialized medicine countries, or is your doctor a mallard?

This doesn’t appear to be a T replacement issue to me, but I don’t play a professional, not even on the internet.

Male. I’m in America and the doctor that prescribed me the tests did so only after I showed that I was unhappy with his assessment. Testosterone ranges (348-1197)
