Lab results + advice

Hi everyone, total newbie here! I’m a 43‑year‑old male and have been working out naturally and consistently for over 20 years. Over the past year or two I’ve noticed feeling more tired than usual, with lower energy both in and out of the gym. My pumps also aren’t what they used to be.

I’m 6’2" and sit around 215–220 lbs. Last week I decided to get labs done through MaleExcel to check for possible hormone deficiencies. Based on my results, they recommended daily testosterone injections plus some T3 for low thyroid numbers. The cost they quoted is about $280 every two months, which is much higher than what they advertised.

I’d really appreciate any input — does this sound like a fair price, and are there other options I should consider? Thanks in advance for any advice!

If you looking for advice on your bloodwork then you need to postranges. I would also hope they pulled more bloods than this prior to telling you to start TRT.

That’s not a complete hormone panel and further because of this definitely not something you should diagnose from. Go to Defy Medical, they do telemedicine and TRT the proper way. You also need FT, SHBG, FSH, LH minimally to diagnose hypogonadism. Also your thyroid needs more comprehensive tests if you are considering meds that you don’t likely need.
