A brief intermission.

More balls.

On the grill.
This is what grilling in 9deg F weather is like in Jan in Maine. I haven’t figured out how to post the coldness…

Add the Havarti slices.
I loooove Harvarti. Soft, creamy, buttery, tasty. Great for burgers.
You can see I over did a couple. As you can also see, my grill SUCKS. The flame plate is rusted on the bottom, so the left side gets all the flame, and the right side gets nothing, so you have to keep the burgers moving…

Nekkid chile cheeseburgers.

Close up, nekkid chile cheeseburger…

Another close up, nekkid chile cheeseburger…

YACUNCC…

Chile cheeseburgers wit’ sexy on …
(added sliced avocado, chopped scallions, and cherry 'maters.

Chee’burger say “YOU EAT ME NOW!”

More.

More de-meatballs.
You can eat these as is (as are?), put in your favorite 'sketty sauce, or eat other wise. Yummy.
I think I love cooking now after seeing this thread!! I’m going to try some of these for sure thanks SteelyD! ![]()

… and said “F*CK YOU PETA Havarti Veal Chile Cheeseburgers” as served and eaten with salsa as I updated this thread.
Almost 2hrs ![]()
Hope you enjoyed!
(Now, it’s time to eat another one…)
Dang…
that’s good. And I like that you show how easy good food can be.
I made chicken piccata salad today. No pics but it was good.

Awesome! Glad you like. If you take the time to cook high quality food-- by that I just mean whole prepared food instead of processed crap, it’s hard to go wrong!
I’m glad folks are digging this stuff-- I’ve gotten into a whole to photography hobby of snapping food dishes ![]()

Thanks!
I don’t think any of these dishes are overly complicated or take too long (the crab stuffed chicken was a bit convoluted), but you get the idea.
The other thing is there are so many variations on these dishes-- subsitute pork for veal on that last one, ground beef for turkey in the peppers, different cheeses and cuts of meat, etc.
The chicken sounds good!
just got back from spending the week with the gf, i’ll be posting a recipe within the hour, stay tuned ![]()

ao stronzo!!!
did i inspire you with my post on a mans breakfast…lol
In italy especially in my region we ate lots of meat, cheee and fish(trout, octopus, etc)
I love this stuff…god bless the bison cheese
We start off with a few generous handfuls of spinach; mince finely. Cook in a pan with a splash of EVOO. Add in garlic/garlic powder to taste (the more the merrier, right?), salt and pepper to taste, and some basil (I just used the dried stuff, I?m a bad italian)
I didn’t take a picture of chopped up spinach, I assumed you guys could handle this step.
