No, he wasn’t at fault for the accident. I think the other guy ran a red light. However, he did get his license suspended for refusing to take a breathalyzer test after.

No denying he was an idiot for driving most likely impaired, and then there was also the incident of getting arrested for a drunk in public at a Walgreens…

Although I was dangerously close to getting one of those my sophomore year of college, so nobody is perfect.

I don’t think anyone was attacking him. It was the sort of comment I make in real life, because I’m the sort of person to open-mouth-insert-foot like it’s my job.

I might have to tighten up on the quality control of my posts from here on in. What with this and my comments about Michael Jackson on the Why Are Chimps So Strong? thread, my contributions seem to be getting dangerously near the knuckle.

I like my humor like I like my coffee: black and unsweetened. Not to everyone’s liking.

Chins and straps? Or squats…and milk?

Better to lose your license and not test at .07 than get a DUI and test at .08…

you know shia is just a boy still and a decent actor and does have a good career ahead of him. i say give him 5 yrs.

He might want to back off on the booze a bit and the drunk driving though. Another possibility is that in 5 years he’s in rehab.[/quote]

That’s the best way to get an Oscar, right?
