L-Leucine with Meals

Coach, I was curious as to what your current status is on adding Leucine(peptide form) to meals? Obviously Biotest doesn’t sell the standalone version or BCAA’s for that matter any longer(so maybe that’s my answer there), but curious if you still see this as a worthwhile addition.

I’m curious if it’s such a good thing, if as I know you’ve mentioned before that, mTOR activation can also speed up the aging process by speeding up the cell turnover of many many cells in your body. It can also speed up the development of cancerous cells. So maybe using leucine for that purpose may be counterproductive, or maybe I’m thinking to simplistically?
