Any benefit to cycling off Leucine for a week, if using is daily for the past 3 months.
Coach for fat-loss how many grams would you recommend peri-workout, right not i consume about 5gs with a pre- and 5-10g post, and anytime throughout the day i consume a shake on average about 3, i cone sume 5-10 grams of leucine, is this beneficial for fast fat-loss or not?

Coach, so if I’m trying to lean out a little bit would you recommend I limit pulsing before meals (I use 20gm CHY + 5g L-Leucine) to ONLY Protein + Carbs meals earlier in the day? What about the Protein + Fat meals that I consume later in the day?
