I just wanted to thank Pat for opening up this “Off Topic” Forum to the wonderful world of Cinema! I used to think that many of the questions I had stored up in my head would never be answered or even discussed (unless I won some contest to sit down for a day with Roger Ebert or something!)
Everyone has had such unbelievable input and questions; but I think that it’s safe to say that Pat has been the spark that truly has enlightened this Forum!

I don’t want to sound like a bitch, or sound like I am speaking for someone else, but there is a ‘Pat’ who posts on this forum. I assume you are currently referring to ‘Patricia’, in a post about cinema it is obvious, but sometimes it is not clear who you are talking to. For my own sanity, please call people by the names they themselves post with. Thanks, I appreciate it.
Just love movies. Love the whole process of what it takes to make a movie. Love the fact that comic books are becoming GOOD movies now.
Just love as much the current crop of movies to all the way back to the silent era. AND the best thing is happening in my department (Theater Arts) right now: we're getting more involved with films/cinema! woo hoo! Just glad that you've enjoyed the "cinema speak" Mufasa!

Sorry, just a total pet peeve. I have been "Michelle" my entire life, it drives me nuts wheh someone decides my name is 'Shelly.' I'm extremely sensitive to calling someone whatever they call themselves.
