This will most likely be my last post before I leave to india for 17 days, will be arriving back in Canada on the 28th, pray for me that I do not lose to much muscle mass =[. There are tons of BW stuff that you can do, so be creative. You might get back a bit weaker but with 405 x 10 DLs, you can afford to lose a smidgen of strength

Had a few workouts since ive been back easing into it, body’s responding really really fast, and im extremely sore just from a few sets Last workout was yesturday a bit of back with triceps
Back/triceps
Seated pulley row
100x8x4 (45second break)
kroc rows
80x10x3
Chinups with 6-8second negative
Bwx4x3
40 wide grip pullups full rom
random number of sets and reps
im extremely sore from that workout, everything makes me so sore, guess my body isnt adapted yet from the trip, im drinking my 2l water bottle loaded with glutamine hoping that works
Been doing alot of frequent workouts, still havent caught up to my original lifts, hit 245 on a front squat, which is a pr for me, I never really tried them before that, I hope to hit 315 on a front squat that would be decent.
After I finish up my homework for tonight, I will be creating a powerlifting routine for this next few months because I’m planning on competing this time next year and I will break this province’s records mark my words.
