Evening workout was not going to happen since I planned on not going to the gym, but I couldnt resist and just did 1 set of squats

The chest day was brilliant! Squats hit a pr but If I took my time I may have hit more weight, but I rather have results over excuses. On my way to gym now to do some shoulders!

Yesturdays back workout was 50 pullups and some calves thrown in there, just wanted to try how many wide grip pullups I could do in a short time.

Ridiculous workout everything was a big pr was having an awesome workout, also noted that no more 2 a day workout for a week see if things change.

Most of my reps are near atg anyways , kind of pissed me off that workout people behind me were muttering how going that low is bad for your knees… I couldnt help but think so is going down only two inches ah /rant.

Yeah estimated prs from a 1 rep max calculater i minused 10-20 pounds just to make sure There more accurate

Pretty good improvements for a month.

Squat was my best lift until I started going proper depth.. kind of mad I went from 405 to 300 but hey legs are responding and its not all bad.
Will get video for deadlifts this week before my pilgrimage..

And replying to above on regards to how much I eat, I get in around 3000 cals I used to eat 2800+2000 from two full servings of mutant mass but Now im near goal weight so I ll focus more on food than shakes if that makes sense.

Will be going on a pilgrimage for two weeks to india so that means hot weather, no meat and eggs, and most likely losing alot of weight, I hope to rebound quickly however and would like to hit a 500lb deadlift during my graduation year.

Evening workout
HELL COMPLEX
pull up position mid air doing wood cutters / dead hang pull ups / inverse pull ups

Ladder work drills
4 differant styles 3 sets each

HELL Barbell complex
consists of excersizes with barbell all simultaneously

Deadlifts/bent over barbell rows/high cleans/front squats
95x10x3 minumum rest inbetween

Ridiculous workout was extremely punishing but felt great!
ps nikki always great to see all the differant avatars of yours motivation for me to take new pictures!

oh and I’m pretty sure I hit my summer goal with 1 month to spare! 1050 new goal here I come!

The squats I’ve seen people do are ridiculous. You keep going ATG and putting their legs to shame.

I hated the depth part too. I caught it early, when I was doing 160 but closer to parallel than ATG. So now I’m at 135 x 3 for ATG. But I learned a short while after first squatting, it wasn’t like I had great numbers to begin with :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah thats good you learned it early on , LOL but I can’t complain I’d say I’m still fairly young in this sport. What are your goals you planning on competing?

I don’t think that you’re doing bad for anyone, you can hold a candle to a lot of the guys on these forums. Plus you’re the youngest. That’s crazy. You have a lot to be proud of.
