Okay, I have read the sticky’s and I guess I am still not getting the answers that I am looking for. I am 29 and I have been hitting the gym since I was about 20 years old. I am in good shape and I diet properly. I do not have any real issues in the gym but I am not really getting tot he point I want, I see to have just hit a wall.
A buddy I work with was doing a cycle with test/deca and I wanted some advice. Yes I know that most people say just do test for their first time but he is the only person I know to get it from and he doesn’t know how much longer his “Supplier” will have deca so my first cycle I am going to do test/deca.
I see a lot of you guys saying you are going to do how many every mg’s per week but I am trying to figure out how to convert that. Yes I have tried to look online, anyone got a friendly way to do it? I weight 175 and I am wanting to put on quite a bit of mass and my buddy can get me test and deca in 10ML bottles.
I have seen 100 different threads but I am wondering for this first cycle how many bottles of each do I need. He swears that one 10ml bottle of each will be good for a 12 week cycle. Is this true for my first cycle? What I read a lot of you vets say this is not enough. How much would you reccomed I get for my first cycle and how much each day for a 12 week cycle? Where do you get the syringes for this that have measurements in mg’s?
He does all his by “cc’s?” I do trust my friend but want to get advice from you guys as well and see where you guys think I should start.
