This is day 0.5. I tried posting a video before but it was six minutes and too long so I’ll try to shorten this. But thanks to member coach train for pain for giving me the inspiration and fantastic motivational advice, and I’m sorry I can’t remember his handle but an Australian physiotherapist member of the forums, and he gave me a routine to follow.
And again, I haven’t done anything consciously yet and I still need to sort my eating out and definitely my sleep habits, because if I’m too tired, I can’t eat, and since I moved into my new flat a month and two weeks ago, I haven’t trained frequently or at all so I’m building up from ground zero. And in fact. because I haven’t been eating and I’ve been having nowhere near enough protein either, so on day 0.5, I feel quite lucky because I haven’t done anything and I didn’t mean to offend anyone or anything but I do believe in God because I need all the help I can get:

And I used to do farmer walks for GPP and it’s always a good beginner movement when I’m hideously de trained like now:
Are these inadvertently multiple threads, because I read that once when I was lurking around the training logs recently, and the chap was criticised for this; so I hope I haven’t inadvertently made multiple threads : right? I’m pretty much done with fatigue so this will be my last exercise set for today.- as I said, this is just getting into it so in no way is this unorganised or sensible “ routine”.
Okay, so five minutes 42 is too long, so I couldn’t show you my horrendous first set for back but hideous bend over kettlebell rows: knackered my knees and my knees cave , so a few reps of lawnmower rows using the bench as support- but this is what added up to 5 minutes 42, so trying this last video for today, straight into a set of bench supported lawnmower rows: so the multiple videos I shot ended up being too big because even over the five minute mark but I’ve done inadvertently so about four sets I’m exhausted. I reached failure on the last I could do four reps on the right side, 10 on the left, so if I upload another, this will literally be just for demonstration. I will try to keep this about three minutes or under to err on the side of caution:
