Hi so today i did some ankle mobility drills off youtube, the standard dorsiflexion improving stuff with bands. Now in the evening both my knees hurt a bit on the inside below the kneecap on the front.
Does someone recognize this? I mean i understand there was pressure on these spots doing the mobility work, but does my body need to get used to this, will it go away? do i need to keep doing the mobility work? Is it normal?
