Yes making bad TV is better then not working…

worst of the worst- low paying bad TV that is net 60 or net 90

that means working on a sub par product for less, like insulting less, and waiting 60 to 90 days for the check

that is the new norm for lots of TV… but its work.

Bad TV like talk shows- or evil news station like fox- politics aside they are poorly organized.
or anything soap

good TV??
foodnetwork is close enough to walk- so that counts for something.
some of the HBO stuff like sopranos was fun.or things like rescue me is decent to work on.

think of good or bad recent shows not taped/shot in LA and maybe I did them.

Super hurry- tonight did this in just under an hour…
loved the Snatch high pulls, felt ok with the front squats
loved ATG- wrists wore out so I did triples to get the reps.

RDL wow- they felt heavy- have not been pulling enough lately
OH press yup again exposed for lame upper bodyness.

I used machines- I know Its like reading a manual.

this back arch- back raise thing is nice- its something you sit in and lean back-
better for me then a good morning.

You used almost twice your bodyweight for RDLs. No wonder they felt heavy. Machines can really come in handy if you’re in a hurry or doing ass. exercises. Great workout.

hey kmac, wanted to let you know that last night i felt like somebody beat me with a stick. i rolled, tennis-balled and monster-sticked for 20 minutes before dead. feel like brand spanking new old guy. Thanks

good work neckless one. I really need to be doing more foam rolling, stretching, etc. The low level cardio helps some of it, but not enough. Maybe now that the weather is crappy and the nights are long, I might start rolling/stretching in front of the TV at night. Did that until probably April last year, then suddenly it fell out of the picture

You stated you were a hip hop kid growing up; go google my buddy Mic Crenshaw. He is our age, been working it for years, and now just getting his props. Hung out with him the other night, first time I had seen him in eons. Of course he is one of those who doesn’t have to touch a weight to look rock hard, huge, and tough, and can MC to boot.

A lot of people I know are out of the old HC scene back in the day, and for various reasons I still keep in touch. Many of the New Yorkers I know are ‘figureheads’ from those days. My education is in literature and writing, for the most part, and I was even ‘working’ as a ghost writer for one guys autobiography for ahwile.

I like that pete… there are lots of show memories for me I actually live around the corner from CBGB
although its a fashion store now. Its good to keep in touch with people- see what people who started stuff
end up.

I was into HC went to lots of shows, saw lots of cool stuff I remember taking the train to DC to see bands
play there too. and I went to allot of hiphop stuff too, sneakers hiphop and Jamaican music/food ruled my life as a kid.

Sumo RDL? Spread stiff legs? Be a shorter pull won’t it? Benefits? Number of questions I can put on 1 line? You guys are all impressing me with the Kroc rows. I don’t do db rowing but 70# by 20 reps for 3 sets doesn’t sound girly to me. Unless there’s something to the mentioned tutu. (Just call it a kilt and it’s manly again).
