Deload harder bro! run some hills to use that stress productively

You are going to kill it coming off your deload! I am stoked to see what you can do…DON’T LET US DOWN!!! no pressure though

Thanks people!!!

Alpha - your timing is everything
next month is the last month- Peak phase.
no pressure!!

I realize I cant spell either-
I have some billing conflicts with a client-
some bullshit people with agenda’s in the apartment building-

some unexpected expenditures- and the usual lack of cash

ad that to a busy/hectic week and I will have to push for the three other days-

would love 4, might manage two.

and like MJ and soldog say

deload harder and more frequently…

kmc

you know, since you’re not a big fat guy, there is no reason not to mix the pizza, beer, and ice cream with your deload…

deload= strippers and tequila.

Thats all I’m sayin…

Joe, I thought your recipe was wings and tequila? The strippers were a given…

I’m with Dog and Joe… we’re bringin’ Alpha too, he’s young, good lookin’ and could charm the Queen out of a crumpet. Plus, he’s got contacts everywhere I am sure. Oh, we need meat too… that way we can sell his Harley to post bail in the mornin’, lol!

Nice trainin’ K… lookin’ forward to see the numbers you put up.

thanks for all the Love…people…

Bunny- I bet your right- Alpha probably knows how to get tables at most strip bars/donkey shows,
and yeah we got to have Meat with us on any of these trips!!
I dont really drink - so even thought its my deload I guess I can chaperone…

truth be old remve the alocohol from a strip bar and it becomes quite sinister

I am at the weekend place- and just took delivery of the new stove- but am trying to get a plumber
to return a phone call Id do it - but you have to file a permit blah blahb lahb

I am gonna try to train today- and am real curious as to what I can put up now

thanks again for all the support people

kmc

So the stove delivery guys used a handtruck to get the new stove up the driveway-
and the old 40"x26" double decker stove outta here
and they got a little bit a csh
got a plumber to come and do his thing so I dont need to spend the bucks on a permit-
his bit of cash was bigger

took a trip to the electrical supply house to get what I need to run a dedicated breaker to the new stove
start running cable but had to stop

CAUSE THERE IS A FUCKING BAT IN MY BASEMENT WTF!!!

guessing homeboy shimmied his ass down the chimney and used the cleanout or he shimmied
through our unisulated walls

but how amd I supposed to finish the job with
AFUCKING BAT IN THE BASEMENT

I might put on the Bee-keeping jacket and veil and do it that way

I guess im not getting to the gym today
kmc

Go to the gym, let the bat starve to death. My sister told me a funny story about how she killed one with a broom when she was at law school.

KMC, when I deload, like a just finished, I deload everything. Eat what I want and drink what I want. Oh, I guess that’s all the time. Well, I just refuse to get stressed out about diet.

Man up, Bro! bats are harmless (unless, of course, they have rabies)

Or they turn into a cloud of mist, and then start sucking your blood…

well the bat wasnt just sleeping in a corner- hanging from the ceiling…

he kept flying over and giving me flyby’s while nailing up some cable
I had a basball hat on and he buzzed that a few times…so yeah harmless but annoying.

anyway I guess I am deloaded- I guess I failed in that I dont really drink or ate any more or less then during
training-

deloading is about the rest, not the feed. Since you were getting your bat-chasing GPP, I don’t know if you can really count that as a deload…8*)

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!

I guess you got your “BAT-chelor” degree in deload…

Was your cottage built by “habi-bat” for humanity org?

Putting up the cable on a wing and a prayer? Was it a great bat-tle?

Nothing worse than having a stranger uninvited in your vampire… errr… empire…

Ok OK… enough for now…

Harmless? Oh I think I could get in all kinds of trouble with that one…

You BAtstards!!!

glad you boys enjoyed the party!!!
and Hel nice work on the pic!!!
Bunny- needs work but good .

…so last weeks de-load was derailed by-
some client stress- as in taking a client to collection,
some housing stress, at both houses
new unexpected stove in the country - and some “co-op” bullshit in the city.

dropping my cel phone into the dogs water
getting it replaced- to “loose” it.

anyway got my shit together and after work did this

7.20.09
Lower

foam, mobility, a ton. OH squat 95x10,05x10,135x5, (then dislocates duh)

A Anderson Front squat from pins bellow parallel 7 singles at more then 90%
which worked out to 225x1,225x1,245x1,245x1,245x1,225x1,225x1

B speed pulls @ 60% 255 8x1

C BB front squat- reverse lunges *** 135 4x8 both sides

D Palloff press 3x12

Notes
Sure does not look like much on paper

Anderson squats - Loving these- these where below parallel I did a few tests at the lowest pin- which is ATG
but 225 was hard as hell there so I moved it up one pin where 245 got too be too much.

speed pulls- I have to work on not rounding my thoracic and yes on technique.
*** the BB reverse lunges are done from with the clean rack- or front squat position
love these!!! great unilateral work- very hard to maintain form, want to push the weight
but its accessory work

thanks for looking.

Ill catch pu on all your threads later…
