kmc

Gotta start callin’ you the pull-up king at BW+90 for reps!

nice session!

shit, I can only do 110 for chest supported rows, and youre doing 135 - Im impressed. Also, a sawz-all is the true man tool. it can do anything, and I love those things.

i went to the OTC in the Springs in 1981 for a Judo camp just prior to the CISM Games (Olympics for military teams). i got to train with teams from the Marine Corps (it was their fault I joined…), the Army, Navy and Air Force teams. The Mexican national team was there as well. I was one of the 3 youngest guys there, and the lowest in rank at about sankyu-nikyu. the good news is that I lived at 7k feet anyway, in a ski town in Utah, so that was no problem. Getting to practice with over 50 guys way better than me was a bag of fun, though, and I learned tons in between the beatings.

Ummm, first of all, I care that the picture didn’t post. I just didn’t mention it because I didn’t want to make you feel bad.

Secondly, floor press is very hard. When I used to do them at home, I’d have to get my daughter to pull the bar off me from time to time. It’s a good thing I’m a total weak ass at them.

Finally, have you done any of the m.s. mobility stuff yet? I’m trying to figure out the broomstick thing from warm up number one and I just don’t get it.

Thanks people, comments are always appreciated

last nights pull ups where not that strict, the other weeks where much better.
the dips are easier the pulls are hard as hell.

Sen I last night I used a leather belt with a chain on it, its what they have, at home I use two climbing slings or webbing and a caribiner like these, one goes around my waist, one around the plates or DB.

Wow MJ I didn’t know you played Judo Green belt as a teen is good.
very cool OTC was good I went twice once for a weekend clininc and once for about a month in 1991 to help people get ready for Barcelona 92 so yeah I was there to get abuseed.

I think this chest supported row machine is easier then some other
its plate load.

as for floor press, these where super hard, im not a big bencher,
so I guess I needed them.

Ms. O I will look at the stretches and see which one you mean

thanks people!

These are amazingly humbling given that my 1-arm DB rows aren’t too far from my chest supported rows.

Nice rowing KMC!

thanks steelyD!

I peep in your log, your a strong dude.

I have decent pull vs push strength
but I think this machine is easier than some others, but these reps were S.L.O.W

kmc

Wow, that’s some strong liftin’ KMC. Good work. Nothing to apologize for on the “weak” BP with a floor press like that.

Wow

I am getting a tone of props thank you all.
SFP they felt heavy as hell.

I am in a good bit of soreness/pain right now.
thanks people.
