Sad news. Kim was influential at Nautilus and Hammer Strength.
Sorry to hear this news, a loss of a really strong man.
Iāve known Kim for more than 50 years. We had some great times together. I wrote a chapter about him in my book The New Bodybuilding for Old-School Results. His wisdom will be missed.

Kim Woodās name should be synonymous with High Intensity Training for athletics/sports, particularly football. Set up the first strength programs in a number of college and NFL teams. First Full-time Strength Coach in the NFL. Driving force in the success of Nautilus. Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Hammer Strength. His influence went far beyond what most people even know.
