Revolt is made by Kilo Sports a Arizona based company. the company claims it has no DHT conversion and will promote great lean mass gains. I have talked to people who have had incredible strength gains on this and it seems promising. I am sill researching what’s out there. I am hair loss prone and would hate to make it worse. what would be the best route as far as pro-hormone or pro-hormone like products go.

Without commenting on the product whatsoever, never having used it, as part of the point of your question, although there’s a great deal of myth to that extent actually whether a compound is a DHT derivative or not has nothing to do with hairloss properties, and none of the synthetic anabolic steroids convert to DHT nor any of the “prosteroids.” Regardless they will promote hairloss in those having the genetics for androgen-promoted hairloss.
The actual thing with DHT, at least the first point of it, is that it is more potent at the androgen receptor than testosterone is. So for whatever level of testosterone one has in the body as a whole, the activity is greater in the scalp due to some of it being converted to something more potent.
Most other steroids don’t have that conversion. But greater amount will easily match or exceed greater potency – though many of the synthetics are already more potent than DHT at the androgen receptor.
The other thing about DHT is that it has some conversion to androstanediol (not androstenediol) and this worsens hair loss in its own way not associated with the androgen receptor. Many androgens except those with a 2 methyl group have conversion to an androstanediol derivative, but whether these derivatives are potent or not hasn’t been shown so far as I know.
Anyway, any prohormone or prosteroid taken in sufficient dose for rapid gains will also promote hairloss in those with the genetic susceptibility to that. Unfortunate but true.
