Killing Fat Routine for Bodybuilding purpose

I read the killing fat book. I am currently 184cm tall and weigh 92kg.

Is the killing fat diet also suitable for keeping the muscles?

Or should you aim for a slightly higher requirement instead of 1600 kcal? and do some cardio to balance it out.

all doubts are gone. have been doing the program since January 1st. already lost 10 pounds. I continue to get stronger in the exercises from week to week. The whole thing without cardio and with just 2x 30 minute workouts on very cool Nautilus machines. sry doc ellington, you are the mastermind. we practice what you preach.
