Kids Cross Ditch to Get to School

No offense, but if you really shelter your kids that much, they aren’t worth joining the rest of us when they grow up.
I say, fuck it.

I say we go all in.

Mandatory estrogen for all boys age 6 and upwards.

A boy was walking in 3 inches of water…

In rubber boots…

The horror!

I highly recommend this movie:

This makes my head hurt. For what it’s worth its physical activity for them.

i agree with gcf

A lot of people pointing the finger at the wrong group here. How many kids were complaining about the creek? 0. This is moron parents not moron children. I bet the kids are completely indifferent to it or enjoy doing it. The funny thing is they will build a bridge but it will hardly be used as kids will still cross in the place most convenient to them - probably 2 yards to the left of the bridge.
LOL

Was it the kids that were complaining or the parents?

OMG my kid got wet or banged up their knee from trying to cross a two inch deep drainage creek. Shit you know how many times I scabbed up my knees and elbows as a kid from playing games and doing fun shit as a kid. God forbid one of the kids come home with the bottom three inches of their jeans wet.

Are you kidding me? it’s like a 20cm gap. I went running in the mud yesterday.
I could have slipped and broken a leg, they should put that on the news too.

LOL! Are you kidding me? My grandfather couldn’t afford a pair shoes when he went to school. Although I must say that ditch is like a rare slice of roast beef for any slip and fall lawyer. Put up a warning sign to avoid litigious wankers. Problem solved.

“I’ve seen other kids wipe out, my son’s wiped out…”

Your son is a piece of shit and you’ve failed as a parent.

Seriously, it’s like a sketch from The Onion or something.

Don’t think that could have been any better put.

I remember as a kid we would hang out at the local creek all damn day, doing stupid shit on our bikes etc. What the fuck is wrong with people? These kids are gonna be wimpy fucking homosexuals by the time they’re 18. How the fuck are they going to succeed at life?

it shouldn’t even have to be warned for, it’s a ditch. Shit happens

It’s like labelling forks because you could stab yourself or putting warnings on toilet paper because it might dry out your asshole

The parents of this generation have failed. Plain and simple.

That day is fast approaching. You know what the allergy advice on a tin of tuna says? …“Contains fish”.

Ya a creek ran through my back yard growing up, which made said back yard a hot attraction for fucking around and entertaining yourself for everyone in the neighborhood. Even better, there was a solid 50ish foot hill on one side of the creek, so when it froze over in the winter we had everything we needed for awesome times. Sure sucked when the ice didn’t hold but thems the breaks.

Did anyone get through the whole thing? They sais building a bridge across the ditch could cost $100,000! That reporter deserves an Emmy for saying that with a straight face.

Guys… Did you miss the part about these being WHITE KIDS! The horror! This isnt happening in “urban” environments!
You’re right. We need to do something quick before the minorities stop fearing us.

Then again, somehow suburban coddling has proved conducive to school shootings and mass murder/suicides, so maybe these kids do need some protection from that ditch.

I couldn’t even read this with a straight face.

I personally love shit like this. The weaker and dumber these assholes make their kids, the easier they will be for my kids to control.

That implies that they have tried.
