Can I effectively do KB swings daily?
I have a homemade T-handle that I really like and can vary the load with 10lbs plates. I use between 50-80lbs. For two weeks I have been doing 300 swings/day in sets of 25-34 reps, 3 sets at a time. So maybe 100 swings midday, 100 before dinner and 100 after.
At times, I have seen you comment that you do 15-20 swings between strength movements within the course of a workout.
Is it more optimal to do your swings within the WO? Does time/placement of swings matter?
I am thinking of getting some KB’s, maybe 53’s and 106’s, 2 each to work on more KB exercises as I like that type of work.
Do you ever do double KB swings? I have seen it inside a sumo stance or outside a narrow stance. What do you think of those? Or would you just do one heavy KB instead of 2?
I am also thinking the 106’s would make more decent farmer’s carry implements.
