Ok Guys,
I went from my mass phase 600-800 carbs a day straight to a Keto Diet, probably 80-100 carbs per day. I feel great so far two weeks in and I’m down a good 7-8lbs. However, I need more clean whole food protein sources as I steedily bump up my protein intake from 1 gram/lb bw up to 2 gram/lb bw.
I want half of that protein to come from food at least. Right now we’re talking DHA eggs, Organic Milk, 93/7 Ground Beef, 93/7 Ground turkey, tuna, peanut butter, almond butter, whole raw almonds, peanuts, tilpia.
OK NOTICE TILPIA. It’s the only fish source (I don’t count tuna doesn’t taste like fish). I need help either finding other whole food protein sources or can someone give me tips to kill the damn fishy after taste of fish cause I can’t handle it (couldn’t choke down cod last night). PLEASE HELP
