Conan was only big compared to the little humans of the past, they were a small people, 5’2" was considered big. So him being 6’4" 210 Lbs was Massive for the times. Just because we got all these Jersey Juice monkeys running around on the television these days does not mean Conan was roidin it up. Also if conan was busy splittin fools heads with his broadsword, I don’t think he would have time to put in a good rear delt isolation routine.
