then at soccer mom gym
stretch, foam
stepper 20
elliptical 20
then off to 4 year olds pre-school graduation. since he has an august birthday he will do this twice
at said soccer mom gym ran into a chiropractor friend, gave him the rundown on lowerbody issues, especially calve/foot issues. on spot diagnosis was plantar fascitiis (sp). which explains why doing calve raises, etc makes it feel better, becuase I get a stretch. will be hitting him up for ART and other treatment on hips and feet starting next week. Also have an appt with a PT friend for a freebee Active Isolate Stretching Tuesday
back to work for afternoon then more stretching, rolling, etc at home

I’ve had plantar fasciitis. It sucks and hurts. Wearing orthotics during the day really helped mine. Don’t know if that’s an option.
shoe choice means all the difference for me. This past weekend I wore Sambas, Chucks, and old pair of Doc Marten’s, Monday I felt great. I have pancake feet, I think anything that tries to force and arch, or with a rise in the back (shit brah, I can’t wear heals no more), fucks me bad…

Damn, sorry to hear that Pete.
My SO has it from time to time. Rolling out with tennis ball, she also uses ice cups. Finds any Posterior chain stretching helps.
Fish oil?
Good luck man, please attend to as it is an injury and it can suck really bad…
still not sure about drive by diagnosis. but my feet do hurt like hell most of the time. rolling on a baseball helps a lot.
today made sure to sit most of the day with knees out, etc just like when under the bar and down to the box. also shoes off for conference calls at desk. lots of calve stretching and foot flexing. shit downright helped
squatting: lots of stretches and warm ups
then uber loose briefs, box, knee sleeves
325 + 100 in chains x 2, 415 + 100 in chains x 2, 505 + 100 in chains x 2, 555 + 100 in chains x 2, 595 + 100 in chains x 2
last time was 575 + 100 in chains with tighter briefs and wraps. progress
ghr 4 x bwt x 15
hanging abs 4 x bwt x 15
rev hyper 4 x 180 x 10
not on diet/bwt: hard cardio has been reduced, this last weekend I drank like a 100 beers, ate hot dogs at minor league ball game etc. Plus work happy hour last night. by keeping steady state cardio where I am and maintaining clean eating about 80 percent maintaining morning weight around 265-268. will knuckle down on that soon enough
You should road trip down for the July 30th SPF meet here in Arkansas.
Isn’t Arkansas dry on Sundays?
My wife is already putting me behind the wheel way to much this summer, however this looks a lot more interesting that the 24 hours behind the wheel to see her family 4th of July weekend.

It was like a way long time ago, on my way to NOLA, wanted to get a drink at hotel bar and they said no.

Drinking game - sneak a flask of whiskey, mix it with coke, take a drink whenever someone says to you “back in my day, I could bench/squat/whatever X weight” …take 2 drinks if you think they are lying
I think the trick is to do that drinking game with co-workers
it’s amazing how some bullshit mobility work makes things work a little better-
that is why I am such a prick about pushing it.
Dave tate talked about having Plantar fascia and that he now wears orhtotics
I know chucks are a must for gear whores but have you thought about lifting shoes to squat in?
not the metal militia boots like Olympic style shoes.
actually your like huge maybe milita boots.
I think the chucks are hurting my feet- and might get some olift shoes

I don’t know, right now my feet feel pretty good if wearing Chuck’s/Sambas. Anything with a heel/arch and I get in pain. I have very flat feet to begin with, which I think have gotten even worse over the years. Probably should see a foot guy…

Just confirmed my Monday night pulling spot is gone. The Gym has been around since the 70s, lots of great bbers, plers, and pro wrestlers trained there. Bank has taken the building.
