Anyways, coach, way back when in this thread (or somewhere else) you hinted that you did bodybuilding at one point…you ever compete in it?
EDIT - another question, starting next week, if my shoulder is feeling alright, would it be wise or possible to begin working in 2 and 3 board presses on chest/tri days?
