done in 50 minutes. time to put flank steak on the grill.

I was tired as can be after 10 hour work day so just happy to get some work in. Trying to figure out how I am going to wave volume and intensity this cycle between my two lower days.

reverse grip bench 135 x 10, 225 x 5, 275 x 3, 315 x 1, 365 x 1, 405 x 1, 425 x 1. Curious how far I can go on these. Seemed smart to reign it in here. bar speed was fast, but I was an idiot last night and felt it in my lack of stability.

had a new pair of Metal underoos that I bought when the contract was gonna last forever, been waiting to try them on for about 5 weeks now. Bought them intentionally a little loose, can get them on myself.
Raw warm ups to box 145 x 5, 235 x 3, 325 x 3, briefs on, loose knee wraps 415 x 2, 505 x 2, 605 x 2.
All relatively easy, getting to depth won’t be too much of a gear related issue in these. nice support, even loose. Will increase workload via volume before weight for next week.
