Trap bar deadlift 255x5 295x5 335x10 (belt on last set)
Overhead press 110x5 120x5 140x3+2

Disappointing on overhead warmups felt good but on 3rd rep felt lightheaded but had enough time to rack the bar before anything serious happened reset and did 2 more for 5 total but decided not to push it today

Dumbbell curls 2x15
Pushdown 2x20
Face pulls with hands 2x15

BJJ tomorrow morning and still a bit sore so kept assistance minimal

Will keep light push downs and dumbbell curls at least weekly - doubt they do much in terms of muscle growth but elbows feel a million times better when I am consistent with it

Missed a day because I was fasting for religious reasons and had to work late

This morning (4/5) did

Squats 3x10 light (not how Ronnie means it actually light)
Overhead press 115x3 130x3 145x8
Trap bar deadlift 275x3 315x3 355x8

Rows (uses trap bar) 135x10x3 sets
Dumbbell bench press 50x10x3 sets
