Kinda shed like, its not finished yet and stuff is just in there for now as it needs to be semi dismantled to make the changes the council have told us we need to make. The other half of it is going to be storage for bikes, tool bench etc and storage for our campervan stuff.

Ha ha, Iāve been training in a full glass conservatory for 3 years, this feels so much cooler!
Youāre a braver man than I am, my treadmill and rower are in my conservatory - if itās sunny the treadmill is a no go and the rower gets taken outside! My garage (gym) has a black rubber roof and is single block and even thatās unpleasant in the sun!

Not much training being logged but I am back consistant training 3 times a week. Currently experimenting with some Dr Darden stuff and enjoying it, mainly the 30-10-30. Getting so much out of them sets, really my kinda thing so its got me fired up to train.

Iām thinking of going low protien for a month, not vegetarian or anything but lowering my intake and pushing carbs hard. Bit of an experiment to see if some health issues get any better.
