It kind of sucks but I’m also a little proud that my week off was physically demanding.

Done as a giant set. 3 sets.
Arm felt okay but dropped the bicep curls.
Unofficial transformation after.
Currently in the sun trying to get a bit of a tan, couple of days to tighten up a bit and then get a pump before the actual entry, if I look worse with sunburn then it will be this pic ![]()

repeated the same weight and reps as last session because it felt off. Not pressed a barbell in forever. Still felt off, might lower the weight next time and get the quality right.

Feels a bit strange not doing any intensity techniques, I had to fight the urge to do a drop set on the t bar rows!
2020 challenge after pic.
Just arrived in here, but you really look like a man to me!
Well you certainly are but I think you could use some clavicle lenghtening surgery!
How about “buffer than batman”?
“Buffer than batman, I refuse to train legs”
Although I’m currently training them 3 times a week so doesn’t fit at the moment.

50kg 4x6 same reps just over 4 sets, better quality instead of a struggle. Not a fan of a barbell!

These felt great
100 rep curls
Good fast paced session. Pull ups felt hard so just mixed grips up and got some extra sets in.
Chest yesterday, few straight sets and then a drop set down the weights.
500 rep shoulder today.
Very irritating.
You warm them up well prior to training right?
To be honest probably not as much as I should!
Got to do it. Fluid will flock to a warm joint, which makes it a safer and more comfortable joint.
Yeah no excuse as I cant really blame time limitations as I could warm my lower body up between sets of the upper body work.
I thought it was my wood floor creaking until I did them outside on the grass ![]()
