Kanye West is a Douche

to quote old school: I’d like to be cowboys from Arizona or pimps from Oakland but it’s not Halloween. Grow up; Peter Pan, Count Chocula.

Grow up. MTV is gay.

Wow, a lot of people fucking hate Kanye huh?

I never knew…

Second, and kudos to Beyonce for getting Taylor Swift back on stage.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. Kanye is one of the most talented rappers alive, hands down. You may not like him, but his music will stand on its own.

Are you being serious? He has some nice beats but his lyrics suck my balls. If popular music was what it was in the mid 90’s guys like West, Lil Wayne and Soulja boy would’ve never gotten a record deal. That’s just the Gods honest truth. The guy is terrible.

Hmph. I’ve been wondering why his lyrics stopped calling me =[

gifted producer, foaming-at-the-mouth idiot

2Pac and Biggy are dead yet this ass hat runs around acting like a retard (no disrespect to those who are mentally challanged). He needs to go hang with 50cent one weekend back in NY.

i fuckin lol’d fuck Taylor swifts tweenie bop country music.

You forgot the fact that Kanye’s biggest talent is making those nice beats you mentioned. This alone would still make him relevant and sought after by the “more talented” artist…rappers, singers, etc.

I can’t stand his behavior or his attitude…but I can’t sit here and say he’s not talented than most in certain aspects…especially when it comes to producing music. It’s like the same thing with Pharrell…sucks as an artist…but you know the rest.

Alcohol obviously doesn’t bode well with over-inflated egos…such a fool. Kanye’s gonna end up like that guy on The Soloist…lol.

Haven’t watched the vid and don’t really care to. The guy cared less about “championing Beyonces cause” than bringing the spotlight on himself. Every chance he gets he tries to shut down white people as if it’s somehow “furthering” blacks, like Swift winning the award was a slight to Knowles. It’s all an act. He wants to be looked at as a crusader for black people, when really he’s just an insecure douche bag who can’t stand people not paying attention to him when there’s a camera around. I’d really, really like it if we as a society could get back to entertainment that actually entertains. It blows my mind that guys like this exist, let alone make millions.

Yeah, but honestly are his beats THAT good? There’s probably at least a hundred kids in my city alone that can make better beats, they just haven’t been found. If he just up and disappeared would anyone really notice, or would the next cat come in and fill his musical shoes as people slowly [or quickly] forgot about him?

Yes,I think they are…plus he’s not stuck with a certain tired “trademark” to his music as lots of rap producers are. Which makes him more versatile and more of a “true” musician so to speak. There are probably better talented people out there waiting to be discovered…but their time will come just as it did for Kanye,Timbaland, and other top producers.

And at this point, people would notice if he faded into obscurity…and sadly most likely for his ego and his mouth more than his music. Maybe…but really possible. For those up and coming producers, some will be influenced or maybe even be wannabe-Kanye’s themselves. He will leave a mark. We shall see. And you’re in Houston, right?

You’re right that people would notice if he faded, but you also kinda agreed with me. It wouldn’t be that they missed his music, they’d just be wondering where the loud mouth jerkoff went to for a bit, and then they’d forget him. Of course there will be West wannabes. But, what West’s doing isn’t new. He’s just another spoiled brat “artist” who throws highly publicized temper tantrums. Guys like him are a dime a dozen, especially within his specific genre. And yessir, I am in Houston. Wish everyone could be so lucky, haha.

LOL…Houston is aight. I’m in Killeen, but Austin is a hop and skip.

I have noticed that all of his tandrums have been exhibited on MTV…correct me if I’m wrong. And with MTV’s low standards,I wouldn’t be surprised if they “groom” Kanye’s behavior for ratings, etc. He doesn’t pull this shit during the Grammy’s…fucker knows better.
