actually i’m worried, because i’ve reduced the reps to base reps.
With 246 i was pulling 8 reps, now with only 5 reps more i’m pretty sure i wouldn’t be able to hit 7.
edit: thinking by the other side, i’m still going up on weight even on the base reps.
Anyway, i don’t know if i told you, but i’ve got the date wrong, the fight is scheduled to october 1st, not august 14th.
For me it’s better, i’ll have more time to train, and an easy time getting down on the weight classes and not feeling that worn down. I’ll check with the nutritionist if i can add carbs on at least squat days. From now i can cruise easier if i lose 2.5lbs per week

MMA - 1h30 first 1 hour of boxing, worked on pads with combinations, then 1/2 an hour of conditioning thorugh some circuit drills like Stomps, Sprawls with Mount and blows, Up and down striking, Knee on belly changes.

Wrestling - 1h30 First worked on several technique then the last 45 minutes was sparring, felt gassed with a lighter wrestler, even though i overpowered and outmuscled him =(

MMA - 2 hours, the motherfucker gave me a soccer kick to the shin, is a FUCKIN HUGE lump right now. After the sparring i had to do sprawls and heavybag work, wrestle and heavybagwork, escape from knee on belly and heavybagwork, it was circuit like and i felt like dying.
Jiu Jitsu - 1 hour, i was completely spent and had to grapple with a 210lbs mother fucker.
I wasn’t in conditions just to eat salad with protein on my last meal, so i eat protein with rice lots of rice. Thank god, i love rice.
And i’m out. I feel wiped.
