They were printed in last month’s Muscular Development. If I find them as larger prints on the net, I’ll post them but I haven’t seen any yet.
On his leg day in the current Md vids , he doesn’t need to use his hands to hold the bar for front squats he just raises his arms and the bar sits on his chest like its been put on a shelf!

He has a very interesting use for the hack-squat machine as well… I never thought of doing SLDL’s in it, I’d be afraid of doing that without a spotter for fear of the thing snapping me in half lol
Man he makes alot of a sense when he explains why he does this or that. He goes into a lot of a detail which is rare lol. It’s like he is explaining art or something.
Anyways he’s one of my new fav bb’s now I’ll be gunnin for him. Lol @ the jefferson exercise I’ma have to try that one.
Haha, Kai Greene is one hell of a character. He’s fuckin awesome, and has a lot of personality. Definitely one of my favorite body builders (at least of the ones that are still competing).
Wow that is just awesome. They should get him to play Luke Cage in the Avengers movie lol.
