Wow apparently I have a much bigger appetite than a few people here lol. While I’m not big cause I don’t eat like that all the time, I love eating.
well technically you can ‘train’ yourself to eat that much. food eating competitors ala those like kobiashi and chestnut train all year round. Kobiashi employs some weird japenese shit.
Those competitors consume 15,000 calories of ‘pure’ american hotdog during the 10 minutes or w/e it is of competition.
From what i’ve read one technique involves eating cabbage in some sort of way (boiled etc) which expands the stomach.

Does Kai eat like this every few hours or that’s his one big meal for the day?
He just got back from a comp so he was hungry.
When it comes to carbs I can destroy pounds of it in one sitting. Pasta, pizza, vegetables, pancakes, waffles etc. But you add in like one 8oz steak to that and suddenly I am done.
This might sound silly to many of you but surely GH use helps / helped him be able to have more food in his stomach…
Big stomach from lots of eating for many years combined with gh use + lots of anabolics + huge muscle mass + being in a depleted state = huge appetite + capability for your stomach to contain a lot of food

Same here I feel satiated from steaks alot quicker than with starchy carbs. You’d think it would be the other way round…If Im trying to eat any large quantity of steak or mince I eat as much as I can as quick as I can.
I am the opposite… I could easily destroy a couple pounds of meat and some eggs, but carbs like those pancakes would fill me up real fast. The main difference for me is that the carbs will leave me hungry again in about an hour.
Kai seems like he would be a really fun dude to hang out with.
I have a theory that is not supported by science that if there’s already a lot of food in your gastro-intestinal tract then you may feel fuller earlier. The same amount of food in your stomach on another day when there’s less poop in your large intestine may NOT fill you up.
I think just the act of eating and getting some food in your stomach will somehow trigger your body to want to go to the toilet and ‘get rid’ of the old stuff(poop). I know that happens to me frequently.

Yea I get that sometimes too. I feel like I have to use the bathroom but eating the next meal really has me going. Also I drink Spike before my workout and it makes me shit every time, in a good way.
