Skip, I did get the Vid on my Facebook page, and its on my youtube page as well.
Harry, you are too kind… thanks.
Dateline 4:38 am Complex day
Barbell Complex: 5 sets 5 reps each movement
Treadmill interval: 10 minutes
Nothing sexy or exciting about today, just a lot of huffing, puffing, and sweating! I should have done 10 more sets to make up for the pizza I ate after the daughters voice recital. She had problems with the Italian song she did, but sang Tomorrow from Annie very well.

What are the links to you youtube or facebook? PM if you like…
Edit: Nevermind. I am subscribed and didn’t remember that I was.
Dateline Wednesday, 4:26 am: Time constrained chest day
Squat warm up 155x20
Flat bench DB press: 90x10, 3x100x5
Hammer Incline 115x8, 3x125x5
1 arm triceps ext. 4x60x8 each arm
Treadmill interval 10 minutes
I really had hoped to try 110 lb DB press. I guess i was hoping for another PR hard on. HOWEVER, muscling the 100’s took a lot out of me so I live to try another day! The rest of the training was typical, nothing to report out of the ordinary. I did the 1 arm stuff with a rope. I hope the DB and one arm stuff will help equal out some imbalances.

Nice work, Wilson. Keep it moving.
Your daughter has an angelic voice. Good stuff. My wife, who is the singing critic, enjoyed it as well.
Thanks Skip. Her voice teacher is really working with her, and the 30 minute lesson most always turns into an hour. Next year she wants to sing Memory from Cats. Should be intresting.
Flat DB Chest press: 90x10, 3x105x4, 90x6
Incline DB press: 3x65x8
Incline cable fly: 50x12, 60x7, 70x4, 50x8
1 arm triceps extension: 60x15, 70x8, 80x4
Lots of 1 arm triceps extensions with my left arm x 60
Treadmill interval: 10 minutes
Worked with the DB’s again.I really toyed with an attempt with 110lbs, but I ran out of gas huffing the 105’s around. I could have used a DB pass. I’m kind of liking them So when I get back from my deload at the beach I’m going to keep it up for a few weeks. I hope I can work on the imbalances a bit. Hot and humid here today! Just what the Doctor ordered! Hope all of you fathers have a happy Father’s Day!

Good stuff. How are you doing the DB tricep extensions? That’s a lot of weight. I think my elbows would pop loose :)
I’m doing them with the cable thingy. I need to try them with DB’s. I’m, sure my training weight would be less.

Not necessarily. Some things are harder with cables. At least to me.
Lot of weight being moved. I started liking cables for some of my lifts more than dbs. I get a lot more out of using cables for flyes than I do from dbs. Think it’s cause I control the weight going down more than I do with free weights. Might just be old age, though.
My complexes consist of SLDL, high pulls bent rows with 135 lbs, DB OHP with 35 lbs and squats in the smith with 135lbs. I have a place set up in the “leg room” at the gym. I’m going to increase the DB’s and the Smith squat weights. Today damn near killed me…
Back from a week at the beach. I didn’t even THINK about training. My daughter had a bunch of her little friends stay with us. They are all pizza and burger kids so on good seafood. Still I shot my diet to hell. Now with 100 degree days its back to clean eating.
JW’s morning thought: Talk is cheap because supply exceeds demand.
Good to have you back! Hope the week at the beach did you good.
Since everything, vacation-wise, fell apart this summer (my brother is buying a house instead of going to the Outer Banks), we are taking the kids to GA, the end of July. A few days in south GA, with aunts, uncles, cousins, a couple of 1/2 days at the beach, a visit to the swamp park (to see gators, snakes and the like) and a ride on one of my uncles locomotives. Then we are off to north GA, to visit Grandma and Grandpa (my mom and dad), take the wife over my old stomping grounds and, hopefully, just relax.
I am guessing that I will log 48-50 hours driving, during that week. Oh the joy!
I think I shot my diet down on deload week as well. Need to get back in it. Feeling way too full and lethargic. Nice looking complexes. No rest on moving to different stations right?
