Holy Sh** that’s a lot of cycles

Did push press up to 90 kg/198 lbs,missed 95.Probably should have gone for 92.5.Still very pleased considering I barely eat the past few days.Also bringing that weight down was a task of its own

Also overhead straight bar extensions 45 kg/99 lbs x 10 and wide grip barbell rows 110 kg / 242 lbs x 8 without straps,which were also prs

Nice, isn’t that almost your bodyweight?

I assume you prefer strict form over a loose form on bb rows? (Im basing my assumpion on the fact that you go strapless and with a wide grip)

Have you ever considered/tried doing cheat-ish rows (rowing with your back but with a bit of body english) using a close grip and pulling the bar so it is in contact with your legs at all times? (I’ve found that this kind of scrape-the-quad rowing activates back like crazy)

Yeap,overhead press has progressed a ton.Dumbell press remains a huge weakness though,so working on rep records on these will probably help a ton

No,I cheat a lot.I just forgot my straps home.Since I want to get my rows up to 3 plates for reps I treat them as a main movement and rotate them weekly.Wide barbell rows are just a variation I use.I.ll record them whenever I can so you can get a better idea of how I do them

I’ll give a more detailed response when I have time.I’m super busy right now
