Within reason, how you feel going in doesn’t mean much compared to how you feel just before your top set.

As long as you are able to get past the mental barrier that you’re set’s gonna suck,you can probably do just fine

Acutally some of my best sets are in days that I feel shit.The fear of not doing well drives me to really push it as hard as I can.Although to be honest looking at it again I might could have done 1-2 more reps

Just remember hypers are therapeutic as well, letting your spine decompress a bit. Neither of those do that at all.

That’s a huge point you made there.I’d probably be better off doing rack pulls for such volume that there’s a bit of space for some hypers
