You have a good base to start body building… I dont think you have the body of an anorexic 12 year old as stated above. You definitely do not need to be posting pics to get rated yet, and that probably wont come for a few YEARS, but stick with it and it will come.
Again, this is a lifestyle, not a weekstyle or a monthstyle… You are going to have to bust ass in the gym, in the kitchen, and everywhere else for several years before the question “Do you work out?” becomes “How long have you been working out?”

Same here. I don’t give a fuck about the ones were people actually look like they may or may not have smelled a gym before. What these guys are saying is that most of the people on this Forum would eat you for protein. You have a HUGE amount of work to do, so stop posting and lift some weights for atleast a year before hitting this part of the forum again and even then it probably wont be to greater response. What in the FUCK do we have to be jealous about? You and the 10 million other 140 lb and under kids, who do a few sets of 135 on the bench press, along with some 15 lb pink dumbbell curls? The only thing you got going for you are those stupid abs on that weak ass, holocaust-victim style body of yours, and I can get that in a month of clean eating and HIIT variations.
You know, when I was 150 lbs with my abs showing at 6 foot 4 inches, I thought I was the shit too. Then I found this site, a great idea tore down the roof of my house, and I figured out how to eat and lift correctly. Maybe you should do the same, and quit hanging around the Men’s Health forums.
And if you want to talk about my “jealousy” issues, I’m 215 lbs and hitting a goal to become 250 lbs at 8% body fat. I may not have my abs showing anymore, but at least people know I lift when I have a shirt on.
