I’m sure the hunger is because your metabolism is going crazy so your body needs more food just to break even… but if you didn’t eat extra you’d be dropping weight
The thyroid is an extremely important gland or organ. Whatever it’s called.
It regulates temperature, Works at the cellular level. Well being. Gut health can be resolved or occur with t3 issues. Depression and anxiety occur often in men and women with thyroid being low.
For fat it’s because t3 increases metabolism and thats partly why I’m so lean so fast. I would also say diets a huge reason why as well.
Because it drives metabolism crazy and we talk about overdosing
In the last couple months it’s as though more of my health has come together. I’m still having issues with sleep, but that’s got hardly anything to do with hormones. It’s of my own doing.
My doctor told me at about 1 year I’ll feel even better and I’ll keep feeling better through the year. Libido . Health: mental: blah blah is just better than its ever been. Including focus and ability to stay motivated for work.
Every 1-2 months I notice I lose more fat and get even more lean looking.
I’m lifting much more weight and just getting strong as F. I don’t really care to try and lift heavy. I just like to feel that pump and feel healthy and lean.
I simply take my test cream twice a day applied to the scrotal skin. Armour thyroid am and pm. before sleep I take dhea, GABA, melatonin, THEANINE, VD, magnesium glycinate and I dont feel groggy when I wake up.
Comparing this to my last image it’s like I lost even more fat around the midsection. Loving it.
This test is from 2 weeks ago.
This is august.
Body fat mass 23 to 16
Bf 12 to 9
Skeleton muscle mass / 90 to 92
Weight : 181 to 177.
@enackers - what is armpit thyroid? New way to apply?
Haha stupid auto correct doesn’t like it when I type armour
Ah, haha.
Nice update. Looks like everything’s going well for you! Happy to hear it!
Amazing stuff, brother! So happy for you. I am tempted to go back to the cream. It really is just very inconvenient for my lifestyle (particularly the PM application).
That’s an incredible transformation, you look great.
Any hair loss from the cream?
Yah but honesty it’s just so worth it. I love the way I feel on it and transfer is not a big deal for woman/ so what if a little gets on her. She’s just going to stay horny say 2. I wash 2 hours after applying and no issues. I feel zero difference if I rub it in for 5 seconds or 10 or 30.
Hair loss is genetic. If you are genetically prone to hair loss you will realize more hair loss with higher dht levels from the cream. Use injections instead or shave the head.
I understand that…Did YOU experience hair loss is what I’m asking…
That’s interesting about the 2-hour washing window – good to know. Your success motivates me to go for the cream, though I wonder what your situation would look like on injections (i.e., if you’d be in an equally good place if you were dialed in on injections). Have you heard of anyone experiencing a drastic difference by switching to cream? I feel that it’s a better delivery system, but maybe only slightly so – T is T, after all.
I know many guys who switched to cream and they can’t do without it. Just from Talking to many other guys who switched I can tell you that the DHT difference is a nice one. So many benefits. It also doesn’t have to build up and is instant release so it’s a different experience. I think allot of guys have issues with the oils in the injections and they removed symptoms after cream.
I tried injections but TRT wasn’t working so I really have no clue end of day. Just a gut feeling.
No I don’t have the genetics.zero hair loss.
Good stuff, brother. The DHT point is a good one. How long were you on injections, and how much were you taking? I know there’s no real “conversion table” for injections to cream but I have a rough idea.
Once I get sick and tired of injections, Ill switch. TRT is going to be very different in 10-20 yrs.
200-220mg at the end for 3ish months. Didn’t work though because I needed the thyroid meds.
Let’s hope it’s better and widely accepted.
