NOTES: Damn hit a PR! Working out with someone stronger definitely pushes you. Finished the workout in under 60 minutes. The one thing about working out stronger than you is the amount of times you have to add/remove weight lol.

NOTES: Handstand push ups work your muscles like NO OTHER. Had to use to wall so I didn’t bend my back and had balance. I think these would honestly be a really good assistance to OHP but also think it should be one of the core BW exercises. Shoulders were on fire!!

It’s so good. I mean I sorta eat like that a few nights of week, but it’s not as nicely put. I usually just put it all layered on one plate lol. Just mix it all at once.
