I agree with your assessment John. I’m also happy that people like Judge Napolitano are in the Supreme Court. That fact helps me and my concerns for the future, only a little though ; )

Edit: I guess you could have meant people who are like him are serving on the surpreme court. Is that what you meant? Spill it!
Personally I like people who have similar views to myself. Andrew Napolitano says himself he likes Ron Paul and his rulings in the Supreme Court. I assume Judge Andrew (he works for Fox News senior judicial analyst and as an author, right?) likes CJ Ron because he votes “the way of a freedom loving person should feel while under our form of government based the Constitution no matter how un-popular the views might be.” By the way, that was taken from 7:12.
Sorry if I wasn’t clear enough the first go round.

Judge Napolitano probably has “seen-it-all/heard-it-all” in terms of Constitutional Debate…but I would have to disagree with his premise that Lincoln’s primary motivation for the Civil War was economic. (Note: If you want to read a great debate in this subject; read the "Jefferson vs.Lincoln " thread on this very Forum).
I like his point that the assault on the Constitution is NOT simply a “Left” or “Right” issue as some would have it be.
I like that he recognizes many people are not merely “indecisive” or “uncommitted”…but simply “fed up” with the government as a whole.
