Well haven’t posted for a while. Had driving school this week mon-wed and will have it next week. Still managed to get to lax wed morning and i lifted tonight.

So are you going to drop leg work totally as the season approaches? I’m thinking of reintroducing squats early in the week. I think low volume is the key!

Well, Just finished driving school. Couldn’t lift for a couple days and schedule was very tight. Right now i just can’t really have a set in stone lifting program because my schedule changes so much.

Going to WV this weekend so i don’t know if i will be able to lift much. Peace.
Protein is always around 40% and always atleast 1g/lb.
Fat and Carbs are usually split 30/30 but sometimes i like to up the carbs to match my protein.
Total calories right now is right around 2000. Yes, thats a bit low but strength/energy is fine and i’m not carrying a significant amount of muscle mass. I’m also trying to lean out as well.
