Stuck in bed since yesterday morning. Went to the doc and confirm that i have it. Also said that it will probably take about 5 days to go away. I feel like i am fucking shrinking as well. Probably didn’t even get in 1000 calories yesterday and i’m only getting about 3 hours of sleep a night.

Back at it. Lax in the morning tomorrow. Probably won’t go because it bullshit. The coach puts us in the weight room and says do whatever. Kids just bench and curl. Sleep seems like a better option then going to do ME lower tomorrow afternoon.
I honestly started lifting just so i could look good. Soon my priorities changed to becoming a better athlete but every now and then i get the urge to go full bodybuilding. My plan is to train for athletics now and when i’m older hopefully my strength base will help me in bodybuilding. I also enjoy getting stronger which is my main goal now. So i guess you could say all 3.

I know i shouldn’t compare myself to others but everytime i hear about someone in my grade that is stronger then me which is often it just pisses me off. I want to be the strongest and won’t stop till i am.
