Bird- I will definitely read it. RIght now i am eating chicken and turkey for protein, white rice, fruits, and gluten free bread as carbs, and almonds as fats. I definitely feel a lot better day to day. I am no longer sluggish later in the day.

Drop those gluten free breads, or at least minimise your consumption. Those breads are full of weird starches. You are better off sticking to rice and potatoes for your carb intake.

Well i just realized i have trained 7 days in a row. Feeling a little worn but not too much. Had a cheat day today and boy was it needed. My weight dropping quick but i also feel a lot faster
How do you feel running after you have lifted? I am about to start doing that myself.
I have tried running after lifting before and it feels very strange. I have considered lifting after running… I know that would effect my strength levels, but it feels much more “natural”.
It definitely feels weird. I noticed i lose the “pump” after i run but that not really what i am after. I generally feel pretty good after i run. Just make sure you get some food in ya.

Flu season was pretty shitty this year. I had it too a few weeks ago. Hopefully you don’t get it too bad, I always am thankful that I stay healthy, exercise and eat good because these viruses get out of my system quickly.
