Left the class about 25 seconds early lol. Had one last week for getting into a minor food fight. Im usually not a bad kid and haven’t gotten a detention in years, but got 2 in a row last week.

The school will make sure to pin you down for these little things but have no problem hiring a pedophile.

I was never a fan of high school. Difficult years I suppose… times when you felt like you should be treated like an adult, but looking back maybe it was a good idea that the rules were there. Dunno.

Good job with the squats. I used to do 10X10 for squats, you get good at it and strong in a hurry. And very, very sore…

Lol 10x10 seems like pure hell. Its very tempting to go back to a BB split but i know what im doing is best for me.

Did an upper body session. my body is pretty beat up right now so i didn’t go heavy on anything.

Heading up to WV to snowboard tomorrow. Ill be back Sunday.

For now i think im perma-bloated.

Going to start adding abz training back in. Substituting leg press for lunges next week.

Did not go to lax today. Back is starting to catch up to me. There is a constant almost like a soreness in my left lower back. I am getting scared at this point. Trying to get an appointment with a chiropractor and see whats really wrong. Soccer game tonight.
