Fuck video didn’t work.

Good night sleep last night.
waist- ?
squat
175 x 3 x 5 All good except upper back rounding on last 2 reps of each set. PR this even beats what i did when i was squatting way to high.
Bench
115 x 3 x 5 Felt heavy but my first PR in a while on bench.
BB row
90 x 3 x 8 Heavy to much english.
Weights felt heavy probably because of lack of food and sleep. O well still hit pr’s. SO exciting to see my bench moving again.
Just eat a pizza. Shit was so good.
Got homeowork, then hopefully getting a good nights sleep and lax tomorrow [/quote]
A little English whilst rowing isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Just not out of control. Let’s get that bench up!
Strange- I hope it keeps climbing. Going back to linear progression after a year of programs to0 advanced for me seems to be working quite well.
As far as rowing there wasn’t to much english but, i wont increase weight next week. Good solid reps seem to hit my back more effectively which is important considering the lack of rowing in the program.
Dat SS! I honestly loved the full body workouts. Kind of miss squatting 3 times a week. Do you plan on incorporating front squats as well when the low bars get hard to recover from?
Mouse- SS is a very fun program. Squatting 3 times a week quickly fixed my mobility issues because there is really no other option then to become flexible. I’m not sure about front squats. When i truly stall on SS i will probably run a more Bodybuilding type split which will more then likely incorporate front squats.

waist-34 ehh
squats
180 x 3 x 5 ATG felt nice
Press
80 x 3 x 5 PR pretty difficult
Deadlift
215 x 1 x 5. Boooyyyyyya. Finally got my form down after whatching countless video’s. seriously felt perfect and easy PR
15 minutes of as many curls and shoulder raises i could fit in.
Now that my form on all the core lifts are proper i feel as if nothing could stop me. Battle, attack, defeat. lol saw this on some kids shirt today.
Anyways grounded this weekend so no going out. Maybe its a good things. Might catch up on some sleep. Boy do i hate physics. I wish black ops 2 would just release already.

Grounded. Classic.
Weekend kinda sucked but the browns won! Really busting my ass in physics so my parents will let me out of this house.
Also eat like shit this weekend. I need to stop these binges. Back at it tomorrow .

Khans academy?
tweet
Bird- I have checked out Khans but they did not have much on what we are doing right now. I’ll go back in the future.
Waist- under 34
Squat
185x5 x 3 PR Upper back rounding on last couple of each set
Bench
120x5 x 3 PR big pr here. Was very difficult.
Row
90x8 x 3 Same as last week.
Good day.
yeah buddayyyyyyyyyyyyy
Nice squatting.
What are you learning in physics atm?
tweet
Bird- Thanks! In phys were learning about like 6 different things right now. I don’t even remember them all but I know a couple; Newtons laws, collision, impulses.
Played some lax today. It was myself an attackmen/goalie and 2 middies so i played a lot of 1 v 1 D. I am noticing how much my conditioning/speed has improved. I was playing against one of out better attackmen and had no problem with him. The middie i played against beat me a couple times but i had my fair share of stops. Very exciting to see my playing coming along. Motivates me to continue with my sprints.
so dynamics essentially
Hope this isnt demotivating but I hate physics so much and have 0 idea what any of you are talking about because I got lost after 2 weeks and it all went down hill from there lul
Plainpat- I was pretty much where you were about 2 weeks ago. I still currently have a D but am studying pretty hard right now. If i get another F or D in there i will probably get to the point where i don’t care enough to study anymore.
Bird- nice video actually helped a lot! Just went on the site again and found a lot more video’s as well

Squats
190x5 x 3 Form is getting mess
Press
85x5 x 2
85x3 Fuck. Could of got last 2 reps but i wasn’t focus
Deadlift
220x5 x 1
10/19
Squats
195x5 x 3 last 2 reps of each set were shit but i hit depth and got them.
Bench
125x5
125x3 x 2
Row
95x8 x 3
Knew i was going to stall on bench but 125 x 5 is a big PR. Squats are just about getting there to. Rows were solid.
According to a 1 rep max calculator i should be able to squat 225 ( ATG this time) and bench 145. Extremely happy with this.
Sooooo. Eat like shit this weekend. For some reason no matter how bad i eat i will always wake up Monday morning with a 34 in waist. Lucky me i guess.
Did some thinking over the weekend. Since i have stalled on pretty much all lifts except deadlift i will keep squats at 195, bench at 125 and press at 85 till i can get the entire 3 x 5 with good form . Hopefully this will only take 1 session.
Once i get to the point where linear progression isn’t working i’m going straight back to 5/3/1, with a BIG focus on conditioning and skill. I have came to the conclusion that if i do want to get some playing time on varsity this year ( Sophomore year) i must be in excellent shape. Right not i feel my skill is good enough for me to start varsity but my speed/change of direction is not.
Just read a really cool article on complexes. When i run 5/3/1 i will do treadmill intervals 2 days a week and Hopefully complexes 1 or 2 days. I have yet to find my sweet spot with conditioning.

How about some early morning fasted sprints?
Start of with some skill work to warm up, and then finish with either 4x400m runs or 10x80m sprints(alternate every week). Keep a record of the times.
Will be good for your skill work, improve your conditioning and get you ripped as fuck.
