Random thoughts for the night

When i actually become somewhat strong and i stop playing sports, bodybuilding seems very appealing to me. I have been pretty insecure about my body my whole life and stepping on stage would be an awesome experience. Powerlifting is something i would also like to peruse. All i know is that i will be lifting weight my entire life. The more i play lacrosse the more i love it but, in the offseason the idea of quitting comes into my head daily. Maybe i’m just being an idiot.

Haven’t done cardio all week. Fuck. Will resume cardio next week.

I was watching some video’s of kai green and i heard a quote that i just loved. “the road to the top is a lonely one” So true. I can’t even remember the amount of time i skipped social event ect to train. Obvi since i’m only lifting 3 times a week its not really much of a problem.

Well didn’t go to homecoming because i’m a loser. Heading out to a buddys after party in a bit.

Im like you. I used to spend Friday night polishing my soccer boots, instead of going to parties, drinking and chasing skirt.
Do I regret it? No way. There heaps of time for that. Look at me now, still playing soccer, still lifting and Ive had plenty of bitches and good times.

210 x 1 x 5 Cannot get my fucking stance right. If i put my feet to close i can’t get my grip around my legs so i have to put my grip inside my legs with my feet in a squat-like stance. Wonder if this is okay?

Got a shit load of physics to do and only 3 hours to do it.

Why does everyone always have a lot of physics to do? Guess it’s just because I’m really, really good at it.

Pulling an all nighter. Parents are not home and i am paranoid. Probably just get some physics done and watch some netflix.

I was planning on pulling an all nighter because my parents were not home and i am paranoid about my house getting broken into. Always have been, and just can’t shake the thought especially when i am by myself. I will forsure check out Khans today, i promise.

Ended getting 5 hours of sleep. Was a little tired till i had a coffee. That shit actually works lol.

175 x 3 x 5 All good except upper back rounding on last 2 reps of each set. PR this even beats what i did when i was squatting way to high.

Bench

115 x 3 x 5 Felt heavy but my first PR in a while on bench.

BB row

90 x 3 x 8 Heavy to much english.

Weights felt heavy probably because of lack of food and sleep. O well still hit pr’s. SO exciting to see my bench moving again.

Just eat a pizza. Shit was so good.

Got homeowork, then hopefully getting a good nights sleep and lax tomorrow

No lax today because of dentist. Still haven’t done sprints. Fuck i’m lazy.
