Bird- I wouldn’t call it a cheat meal myself but, it put me at a surplus of calories for the day which isn’t helping me hit my goals.
As for the lunges they honestly hit everything. Glutes, hams, quads, adductors etc. I wouldn’t say they isolate the adductors in any way but there for sure being used.
Have not checked out Khans yet. Considering it tonight because i have a quiz tomorrow. I’m very scared.
Had practice today. easy. Although i am in better shape im not as fast as i want to be. Definitely upping the running.
Just found out that our new coach wants us after school 4 days a week doing plyos, cardio etc.
There goes lifting 6 days a week. I was thinking of just doing push, pull, legs but i’d be open to any 4 way splits. Any idea’s?
Kinda pissed ill only be able to lift 3-4 times a week but i think i can still make progress if my programming is smart. The only problem is im an idiot when it comes to programming lol.
Still have physics and history to do. Its going to be a late night.
Starting 5/3/1 tomorrow . Ya its boring but i made good, consistent progress on it my first time around. I don’t really want to obsess over what program to do all the time because of how busy i will be.
