I would follow your doctors advice. Maybe it will work and you will feel better in a few weeks. If not, on to the next thing.

I understand. Just don’t be put off by the rabid anti AI vibe here. You’d likely take an NSAID for a bad headache, don’t be afraid of low dose AI for this “headache”. And congrats on the baby. There’s nothing more peaceful than a baby sleeping on your shoulder.

You more than likely have a hormone that needs a protocol change, estrogen is the emotion hormone and if low or high can cause problems.
I have never heard applying to the balls would create intratesticular estrogen. I read that it could cause aromatization due to it passing through the skin barrier but not intratesticular. That’s interesting to hear. I have had some issues with estrogen with the cream myself.

I don’t think estrogen will be your issue at that low dose. If anything it’s a great Because Much less estrogen converts through the scrotum because there is more converting to DHT than e2. If you apply in other areas of the skin it’s probably going to cause conversion to e2 and etc.
Stick to scrotum and do a small dose. But allow the injections to dissipate from the system.
It is backwards with injections and it’s due to the scrotum skin having A different makeup that gives DHT more conversion. This is why they have less issues with e2.
I would stop worrying about estrogen it should be less an issue. Surprised the doc said that.

Yah estrogen should not be a problem on the boys.
He told me that E2 MIGHT be less of an issue with scrotal application because DHT offsets its effect somewhat, I don’t want to misquote him though, I might have understood that wrong. I do know for sure he said it creates intratestiscular estrogen when applied there.
I only really had some anxiety at one point no other symptoms, my levels were just elevated in bloodwork. That anxiety may have just been caused by a position I was put in by my manager at work. May have been exacerbated by the higher estrogen or it was just the situation in general hard to say. I wasn’t having unexplained anxiety though. I was put on an AI which ended up crashing my E2 so in between then and follow up labs I really was inconsistent on my AI and ended up going even higher on my E2. That time around I felt no ill effects and felt fine. I have adjusted my AI dosing and will getting blood here quick to check again.
enackers will keep telling you it won’t affect you but I am proof against that. Not everyone is the same.

I don’t know why they keep saying that. Everyone I see on cream has never complained about estrogen. Just “it takes to long to dry”. Or “I don’t like applying daily”…
I don’t have issues . I’m on 3 clicks am and Pm and zero issues with estrogen. That’s a good amount of dose. You’ll be on much less. Your e2 Levels didn’t sky rocket to 400. You are just sensitive to a high e2. So take scrotum and expect e2 to stay low.

I would rather have high E2 than low crashed E2 for sure though. I felt like shit crashed.

You might of had low e2 and then crashed it. What other hormones were you on. Did you take labs at all on cream or are we shooting in the dark!
Once someone understands how the cream absorbs; why it converts to DHT at a high rate and less to e2 - they will realize that there is a legit reason for this and it’s not bro science.

Keep the same free t and have 50% less e2 that’s a great test.
So yeah try it because it surely can’t be worse than an injection. If it is, then there’s something straight up goofy going on with your body.
This is a Good test. How long are you waiting to start. Don’t forget you have the esters store in your system. It took me about 3-5 weeks to feel better when I added cream on top.
If he converts less testosterone to DHT through the 5α-reductase, then it must convert to estrogen. If someone converts higher amount of testosterone to DHT, his estrogen will likely be lower.
It’s being compounded right now, I anticipate a week after it ships. I’ll stop taking injectables for 3 days before starting.
