I have the opportunity to enter a meet on the 22nd June, Im going to mail the paper work tomorrow, dont know if I should stay at 240 or lean down to 220, it took me about 3 weeks to get to 230, idk what to do.

Ive decided to compete @ 242 I can cut to 220, but 7 weeks out, it would be very uncomfortable.

I want to pull, at least 385, that’s my goal.

I see now, yes I think that was a good choice to stay at 242 class so you can focus all your energy on lifting and getting stronger instead of dieting and cutting… Also on a plus side you will most likely be weigh less and have a tie breaker over any close competitor…

WHEW this past few days have been insane one more final to go. Got home at around 2 am, got lost and the weather was crazy. Finaly starting to slow down a bit.

yeah that was my thoughts as well, Dieting would affect my strength and just stress me out more than anything.
